Red Shank (Adenostoma sparsifolim)

Birch-Leaf Mountain Mahogany (Cercocarpus betuloides var. betoloides)

Desert Apricot (Prunus fremontii)
Islay or Holly-Leaf Cherry (Prunus ilicifolia)

These Rose Family members are found in the upper Sonoran life zone, in chaparral, and in transition zones.
